We qualify a potential sales agency to join the membership by protecting current trading areas of the membership. New members must meet certain profile attributes. Once qualified, we start by conducting a proprietary holistic agency 65-point assessment in 7 major categories that affect agency growth, perpetuation, and valuation.
The assessment takes about 90 minutes and can be done over the phone. Then our Practice Leaders meet to review the results.
We then draft a 3-year strategic and tactical plan to address the most important items that will increase sales, perpetuation, and agency value. The plan is customized for your specific agency situation. We then present the plan in writing to you and your team to approved and confirm.
After that, we assign the appropriate ATaaS Practice Leader(s) to each major category to deliver the proprietary tools, coaching, and guidance needed to bring about measurable growth.
We understand the channel. We understand agency issues and challenges. Our exclusive program helps sales agencies grow, increase their value, and broaden the opportunities for perpetuation. We only work with ONE AGENCY PER MARKET.

The company grew to over 700 employees, and entered into 17 regional markets.
After reentering the telecommunications industry as the General Manager of Top Speed Data Communications in 2014, he helped re-brand the agency, develop a marketing strategy, revitalize the channel partners, and increase the sales agent team from 8 to 35 independent contractor sales agents in just three years. He also developed the Fantastic 4 cloud services program that increased new logo sales of cloud compute services from 0% to 64%.
Having served as an Advisor in the independent insurance brokerage industry, he developed the proprietary ATaaS 65-point telecom agency assessment and accompanying agency growth tools for the telecommunications sales agencies.
